Site Owner's Background
Hey, my name is Eric Parks and I am currently 22 years old and I live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Some people would probally consider me a "redneck" because of the nature of my hobbies which consist of off-roading and hot-roding (not to mention the fact that I simply live in the great state of Alabama). That doesn't really bother me because I am what I am. Most, if not all, of the mechanical skills that I have learned I learned from my dad who is a mechanical engineer. He also has always been interested in much of the same hobbies that i have now so I have grown up watching him use our welding machine, iron worker, and various other types of machinery in our garage. I also enjoy spending time in the great out-doors wether that is camping, hiking, biking, or off-roading. I enjoy breathing in the fresh air that you don't always get when you live around the city. Because of this love for the out-doors I became an Boy Scout back in the day and gained the rank of Eagle Scout just recently. But even though I have a great love for the out-doors, my heart is in the furtherence of the gospel of Jesus Christ, my personal Lord and savior. Because of his infinate Grace and because of his infinate mercy and lest we not forget because of the ultimate sacrifice that was paid, we are allowed the privilage of standing before the most high God and bringing him praise. This is why I have been created. And i don't intend to let that creation remain pointless by living a life that isn't in accordence with God's word. Praise be to God our savior!
